A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have a background in acting having trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and have been a professional actor for over 10 years (Coronation Street, ITV, SKY, CCBC, Pilot Theatre Company, York Theatre Royal, Catherine Wheels Theatre Company, Leeds Playhouse, Elysium Theatre Company, Theatre Royal Plymouth and M6 Theatre Company).
Over the last 3 years I have helped actors to attend such institutions as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Mountview, Liverpool Institution of Performing Arts, Identity School of Acting, Leeds Conservatoire, Collective Acting Studio, BIRD Conservatoire, Central School of Speech and Drama, Oxford School of Acting, Italia Conti, Rose Bruford, The Hammond, National Youth Theatre as well as multiple Universities and standalone auditions for Television, Theatre & Film.
I have also helped people outside of the performance industry to prepare for corporate presentations and for young children who are just struggling with their confidence. So whatever you are preparing for, I can help you to build your confidence within your chosen field.

Sourcing Material
I help you find appropriate monologues that suit your age, acting style, range and personality.
A lot of people fall at the first hurdle by choosing the wrong speeches to audition with. It's important to find something appropriate that you can really connect with and that allows you to show your strengths as a performer.
Building Confidence
I will offer more in depth work on your chosen speeches. Making sure that you fully understand the text you're working with, the context of the material and the style of writing.
Through rehearsing the speeches, I can help to make the words feel natural and help you to broaden your range. Together we will build your confidence so that you can really deliver on the day.
Mock Auditions
I help break down the nerves that come with auditioning by showing you what you can expect and how to prepare for the day. Every audition is different but I will show you the basics that you can expect to encounter.
I will take you through mock auditions which will include; redirection on your pieces, an informal chat, sight reading and some general Q&A’s.
Presentation Prep
A lot of people can feel very overwhelmed when asked to deliver a presentation or lead a talk within your chosen profession. I can help you to centre yourself, analyse the text you are working with so that you feel in control and sell both the product and yourself.
I will show you how to use range in both your voice and body language to project confidence and make an impact.
